Welcome to Broomfield Neighbourhood Plan.  We're pleased to say that the draft Neighbourhood Plan was submitted to Chelmsford City Council in January and the next stage is about to begin.  This involves a further round of consultation (called the Regulation 16 Consultation).  Details will be published on Wednesday 8th May, when the consultation officially starts.
